Gift Vouchers are available at reception and can be purchased over the telephone and posted out to recipient. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. We regret that vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used for product purchases.

Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours in advance. Bookings over two hours require a 50% deposit in advance.

5th Avenue is a mobile free zone. Children are not allowed in salon while parent or guardian is having treatment. Laser and credit cards accepted.

There is a minimum postage and packaging charge of €12 on any Products ordered over the telephone.
